The tech bit
Built with UIPath because it’s actually good at automating boring stuff like this. The bot:
- Watches for WhatsApp messages
- Parses enrollment numbers
- Hits the attendance database
- Sends back clean, readable info
Took about a week to build but saves everyone hours of frustration.
